Our Mission: 

To provide an opportunity for aspiring field hockey players to improve their individual skill, tactical understanding, decision making and competitiveness, while being exposed to the valuable life lessons presented through sport. We put a focus on girls gaining confidence and community.  

General LTW Club Information:  

Our club program serves players looking to develop their skills, commit to consistent training and attend tournaments. Lead the Way was established in 2000. Since our inception, we have developed and coached players from RI and MA. More than 425 players have continued their playing careers at the collegegiate level. Lead the Way Club Program for RI & Southern MA

U12 (Seasonally) U14, U16 & U19 

Practice locations:Seekonk, MA (Winter) and or Tiverton, RI, Rehoboth MA (Spring-Fall) 

Partial Club Season: March 2023 to November 2023

How to become part of the LTW Club Program?

Come to a tryout

Attending any LTW seasonal clinic - after you will be invited to enroll in our club. Coaches can make a recommondation on your behalf to the director!

U14, U16 & U19 Membership Options – Annual

 Annual Yearly memberships includes: (U14 U16 & U19)$1785

Partial Year Membership $1200-1100 (depending our age and practice schedule)

Seasonal Memberships will be based on practices held from March to November

November 2022 -November 2023 or March to November 2023

Full Year 32-34 Practices & Partial Year 20-24 Practices

Multiple opportunity to participate in local and regional tournaments

(please note, our national tournaments require a try-out prior to team selection)
