Tournament breakdown
We try our best to submit as many teams as possible. Unfortunately, some tournaments have a limit on the amount of teams a "club team" can submit. If you have questions regarding this process please feel free to contact us at
When tournament opportunities are presented to Lead the Way
Emails will be sent with pertinent tournament information to the designated squads
Athletes must meet deadline registration in order to be considered for tournament roster
Athletes are entered into a data base and from there are selected
Athletes will be notified of the selected rosters via email or posted on select home pages
Once tournament teams are selected
Athletes MUST meet deadlines, make payment to confirm their spot on the Roster – if an athlete is not selected we will refer them to the alternate list (which could be called up till the morning of the tournament).
Athletes will be notified which team they are on the day of the tournament. Tournament teams will change depending on athletes attending.
When attending a tournament
Please bring all necessary paperwork (waiver) all payments must be paid online prior to the tournament
All athletes should arrive on time to tournament and should meet the coaches inside the facility
All athletes should bring required uniform to every tournament (red/white shirts, or long sleeve practice jersey, kilt, and red/white socks)
Always bring sneakers, turf shoes and cleats so you are prepared for every surface

U14 & U12 Spring Tournaments
Tournaments as they become available will be posted here. Please adhere to the deadline to preregister for each tournament. Once the deadline has past, players will be notified no later than 1 week prior to the tournament of the roster. Not all players will be placed on a roster, as LTW needs to secure teams, coaches and goalkeepers for each tournament. LTW will do our best to accommodate players to attend tournaments and provide equal playing opportunities when able.
