Lead the Way started 2000 to meet the need for a cohesive developmental field hockey program in the New England area. We have consistently provided players of all ages and abilities the opportunity to train and compete on a regular basis. This includes seasonal as well as year-round programs instructed by top-notch, former collegiate coaches and athletes.

Our programs excite and challenge athletes ranging from 7-18 years of age..

Lead the Way provides aspiring athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves and compete at the next level. Whether you are looking for a fun way to continue playing the sport you love, or you’re preparing to compete inter-collegiately, our staff will help you reach your goals.
