Lead the Way started 2000 to meet the need for a cohesive developmental field hockey program in the New England area. We have consistently provided players of all ages and abilities the opportunity to train and compete on a regular basis. This includes seasonal as well as year-round programs instructed by top-notch, former collegiate coaches and athletes.Our programs excite and challenge athletes ranging from 7-18 years of age. By molding excellent field hockey players through our multiple programs, we are able to further their individual skill development.
