Is to provide an opportunity for aspiring field hockey players to improve their individual skill, tactical understanding, decision making and competitiveness, while being exposed to the valuable life lessons presented through sport. We put a focus on girls gaining confidence and community, empowering them to be their best selves in the world they live in.
General LTW Club Information:
Our club program serves players looking to develop their skills, commit to year long consistent training and attend tournaments. Lead the Way was established in 2000. Since our inception we have developed and coached players from RI and MA. More than 400 players have continued their playing careers at the collegegiate level. How to become part of the LTW Club program?
- Come to a TRYOUT!
- By attending any LTW seasonal clinic, a player can be invited to enroll in our club. Coaches can make a recommendation on your behalf to the director and you will be invited to attend a club practice or (based on the timing) invited to join the club.

We will have 2 sites for the 2019-2020 club season:
RI & Southern MA Site (since 2000)
U12 (seasonally) U14, U16 & U19
Seekonk, MA (Winter)
Brown University, Providence, RI & Seekonk, Taunton & Rehoboth MA (Spring-Fall)

At each tryout parents will attend a meeting to review below info.
Yearly estimated membership: December 2019 to December 2020
$1650(U14) $1795 (U16 & U19)
At your site tryout, more information will be provided for practice dates and times:
Seasonal option may be available at a specific location and may be offered to a certain age group
32-34 practices (indoor and outdoor depending on the season)
Practices are held mostly on Sundays.
Multiple opportunities to participate in local and regional tournaments (additional fee).
